Posts

I know it's awhile in between posts so if your curious about anything feel free to post a response. I know Katrina always goes on to check to see if anyone has posted comments, hint, hint!

  1. I am not very computer smart - so I didn't know to post a comment. I check this blog every day at least once!! I'm not an overanxious Grammie am I?

Thanks for taking the time to put things on here. It makes us feel included in the whole process. Grandpa and I can't wait for Grace to be here so we can hold her!! (and spoil her!)

Take it easy -both of you - Katrina with your pregnancy issues and Jacob with your packing and lugging all that stuff to the new house. Don't overdo it - either of you!!

    Love,
    Mom

  2. Now that I know this works (not quite sure how) I'll post a comment that is pithy and full of wisdom. I'm thinking... I'm thinking... nothing pithy or wise is coming to me. I'll just chat for a minute.

We love the blog and check it each day. Jacob you looked quite fetching in your blue pregnancy apron (?). Makes you appreciate your mom a little bit more, because she lugged around all 9+ pounds of you for 9 months. I guess I am deserving of just a bit more respect.

Not since the months I was pregnant and a new mom have I noticed so many babies. They are everywhere. I look especially longingly when I see them with their grandparents. I can already visualize Gracie and I spending time together.

I anxiously wait for Gracie's arrival, but I hope not before October.
I know this has not be a dream pregnancy, but I know she will be worth all the trials and tribulations. (Preparation for those teen years?)

We will be there next week to help with the big moves. (We are both good at toting the barge and lifting the bales.) Won't it feel great to be settled into your new home. We like the fact that you bought a house on our usual route into town. I'm sure that was on your house hunting criteria list.

Rest up and take care of each other and Grace. See you next week.

    Love,
Mom, Anne or Nana (select the one you use)

  3. Katrina, after checking to see if this actually posted I see that perhaps I should have proof read a little better. If you can find the error(s) you are entitled to some free babysitting.

Would you like some fun books to read while you are waiting?

  5. Ok, looks like I got it!! I, too check the blog about once a week to catch up on the baby development--so since I am probably the farthest away lurker you must put more posts on here!!!
Hope the move goes well. hugs, val
