We arrived at noon in KC at Great Wolf Lodge. It's an indoor waterpark and hotel.
We had lunch in the lodge cafe. We ate in a tent.
Grace got a pair of wolf ears with her meal. Putting them on makes you howl apparently. Kids see other kids in the halls wearing ears and howl at each other. It's so funny!
We ate dinner at T-Rex Cafe. They have lots of realistic dinos. Here's a video of the dinos by our table.
It has been extremely hot the last few days. We set up Grace's new little pool on our deck tonight and she went swimming. I got this pool on clearance over the winter for 3.74 {regularly 19.99}. It has a little sun shade and is perfect for Grace!
Grace started swimming lessons this week. She goes every morning for two weeks {10 sessions}. She loves it! She goes to Swimtastic Swim School on Pioneers, between 70th and 84th. It's an indoor swim school with a heated pool that is as warm as bath water. It's designed for little kids and is a very fun environment for young children! She is doing such a good job and is being a good listener for her teachers.
Grace was the flower girl in Sarah and Greg's wedding on June 1st at the Train Station in the haymarket in Lincoln. Sarah, who Grace calls Aunt Sarah, is Mommy's first cousin. Grace was the perfect little flower girl. She took her job very serious.
The wedding party took photos before the wedding out by the train tracks!
Peek!
After the wedding Grace enjoyed flying around the dance floor in her Super Girl Grace cape. Grace's latest obsession is to wear a cape at all times. At Sarah's shower a few weeks ago she wore and orange cape. Sarah's mom and aunt made this special flower girl cape for Grace to wear at the reception. It was soooooo cute!
